In my opinion Joe Biden is evil. If you don't want to answer questions but you still want people to vote for you, you are evil. If you pretend you can't understand why people have questions you are either stupid or evil. If you can't answer questions about the 1994 crime bill and blame why you couldn't do anything about it on Congress having been Republican but you had a Democratic Congress for the first two years, you're either senile or evil...guess which way I lean.
